“R2-D2 Superheroes” von Steve Berrington

Mir war es schon fast klar, dass sich der kleine Held aus Star Wars, R2-D2, nicht nur mit seiner Rolle als treuer Gefährte von C-3PO durch die Weltgeschichte schlägt. Illustrator Steve Berrington hat die kleine Blechbüchse noch in ein paar andere Kostüme rein illustriert. So wartet dieser nun als Batman, Captain America oder Superman den Storm Trooper auf. Definitiv eine interessante Idee. Oder?

„Following in the footsteps of similar projects, illustrator Steve Berrington drew a series made up entirely of the iconic Star Wars robot R2-D2, decked out in the colors and patterns of famous DC and Marvel superheroes. Variations cover fan favorites Batman, Superman, Captain America, Wonder Woman, the Green Lantern, Harley Quinn, and the Flash.“
