My Heart Is Yours is the first single from Justin’s upcoming 2nd album “You I Wind Land And Sea “ which is due for release on April, 12 2010

The video was shot just as the band was wrapping up their tour of the US at the tail end of 2009. The video was shot in a variety of locations in California; the beach scene was shot at Topanga Beach, near Malibu and the shots of Justin skateboarding were taken at Venice Beach and the Venice Peir. The video was directed by Teqtonik, who have also directed Justin’s previous video for Criminal.

21-year-old singer-songwriter Justin Nozuka justifies comparisons with artists including Paolo Nutini and John Legend with the March 8th release of new single ‘My Heart Is Yours’ on [PIAS] Recordings.

A sweetly captivating love song that finds Nozuka’s rich neo-soul vocals backed with classic vocal harmonies, ‘My Heart Is Yours’ is the first single to be taken from his upcoming album ‘You I Wind Land and Sea’, which was recorded last year with producer Bill Bell (Jason Mraz), that follows on April 12th.

“With art, it’s most important to just to follow your senses,” says Nozuka of his songwriting process. “It doesn’t matter if it’s been done before or if it’s not correct in pop culture or whatever. If it feels right, it’s right.”
